Guarantee: All Hilkeijo items have a three-month guarantee. In the first three months, with normal care in wearing Hilkeijo jewelry, or using our accessories, if any of the gemstone or glass beads chip or crack, or if any of the wire connections come apart, please return the piece for repair or replacement of the beads or any broken parts.
Shipping Policy
Shipping
We offer free shipping via USPS priority mail for all items or group of items costing $100.00 or more. On hand items will be shipped within three days of payment in full, and custom created pieces will be shipped within three days of completion and payment in full.
